ZOOGA YOGA comes to RUNWAY this September!

Join us as we invite ZOOGA YOGA to our RUNWAY kids club this September. ZOOGA FAMILY YOGA (for strong walkers - 10 years with adult)The ultimate ZOOGA YOGA® signature class! Yoga is a fun, joyful and peaceful way for families to move together mindfully. This class is an introduction to yoga with an adventure theme that focuses on FUN AND FAMILY! We begin by focusing and tuning-in, followed by a playful practice that includes animal poses, partner poses, music, games and laughs. Class ends with guided imagery and relaxation (savasana). While our adventures are centered around the kids, adults will get a good stretch too! Anyone can do it and everyone will enjoy it. What to Wear: Anything comfortable and easy to move in. What to Bring: *Yoga mat or blanket, water bottle &amp; masks recommendedAge: Stronger Walkers to 10 years of age (with adult)Where to Meet: Grassy Lawn on Town Center at RUNWAY.
